Josh is the consummate professional who puts customer satisfaction above all else. His team did a great job for us. Their craftsmanship was top notch and they did an amazing job cleaning up the property and leaving it spotless. We have a fairly complex roof with a lot of small details but It didn’t seem to faze Josh as his bid was the lowest using the same quality materials as the other bids. We had one little mis-communication on the brand/color of the shingle which wasn’t noticed until after a few squares were installed. Josh could have pushed back, but instead took full responsibility and ripped off the shingles and started over again without any argument or complaints. I highly recommend United.
